Descriptions
|
- Sell and Coordinate training with the distributor?s sales force to ensure they are educated in the features and benefits of the products as well as selling skills.
- Support Distributor manager in monitoring distributor?s activities and conduct the basic distributor?s performance review and plan for corrective and growth action plan.
- Introduce promotions to end users in a creative way to ensure maximum sales during the promotion period. Control the promotion spending to budget.
- Maintain accurate records of end users and distributors in systematic way. Submit complete sales and activity report to the Capability Manager in a provided format and in a timely manner.

Qualification
|
- Bachelor\'s Degree or higher in engineer fields. Prefer in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
- Minimum 1-2 year experienced in Sales.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with a professional approach.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to Self-driven to work and travel upcountry independently
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and others.
- Be Able to work upcountry or base on upcountry |
