|
- Prepares and implements the sales / marketing and distribution development plans for corporate stores and Shop-in-Shop
- Set the sales target for sales team with incentive scheme to drive overall sales.
- Leading and motivating sales team to achieve sales target
- Recruits and trains the PCs
- Prepares daily, monthly and yearly reports as well as special reports requested by the Brand Management and headquarter

Qualification
|
- Male/ Female, Thai Nationality
- Bachelor?s Degree or higher in related fields
- Having 3-4 years working experience in retail business is a must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a leadership style, service minded, sales oriented and able to handle multi tasks.
- Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Good command of spoken and written English
