Customer Service and Sales
? Ensure that the ?GREATER? selling approach is used in every customer interaction.
? Handle all telephone call and identify which call should be handled or transferred to whom and ensure that all customers are satisfied with our telephone handling.
? Support SA on pre-sales while customers are calling to ask about new products as well as other enquiries like repair, product maintenance, exchange policy, LV history and company and take this opportunity to invite them to visit the store.

Qualification
|
? 1-2 years experience in service/retail industry would be preferable.
? New graduated also welcomed
? Work requires knowledge of basic computer skill in order to learn RMS program and can do telephone call report.
? Adaptable and willing to learn.
? Able to work in a fast paced work environment.
? Integrity, High reliable and trustworthy.
? Good team player/good sales person/good in building relationship/enthusiasm.
? Good communication skill with pleasant voice.
? Service minded.
? Good command in written and spoken English & Thai
