Job Descriptions
? Greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
? Manage and update business contact directory
? Facilitate and organize meeting room schedule
? Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work
Qualification
? Female
? Graduate in any field
? At least 1 year experience from hospitality industry preferred
? Pleasant personality and courteous with good attitude towards teamwork
? Interpersonal skills with service mind and high responsibility
? Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC >700)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet
