|
? Generate revenue by acquire new to bank customer thru selling, cross selling SME products and services to SME clients.
? Provide key inputs into competitor analysis.
? Plans and execute aggressive customer calling program to generate new business and enhance profile in SME products
? Completes call report after each customer visit and attempted telephone contact.
? Meet the agreed sales objective in line with SME Banking strategy
? Visit customers regularly in order to strengthen the relationships as well as to achieve a clear understanding of customer?s business
? Write credit proposal to defend to risk team
? Monitor on new prospect to increase number of customer.
? Providing business information report and structure credit limit facility as customer needs to credit unit.
? Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS report as required by supervisor.
? Diversify on product knowledge such as Trade Finance, Term Loan and FX |
Qualification
|
? Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics
? Preferably in Relationship Management and/or Sales experience
? Good knowledge of banking business especially SME banking products and-or corporate banking products
? Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
? Service oriented
