Job Descriptions
Managing the store is a comprehensive sales, marketing and customer relation responsibilities. The position entails leading a team of 4-8 Sales Associates to provide superior customer service, deliver sales targets, develop local clientele, manage inventory and offer the highest standard of boutique housekeeping.
Qualification
? University graduate in any field
? Minimum 3 years managerial experience preferably in luxury industry, hospitality and customer service industry background also considered
? Good track record in meeting sales targets and customer service
? Strong people management and ability to motivate a team
? Problem-solving skills, good planning and organization skills
? Full command of Thai and English required: Japanese or French is an added advantage
? Intellectual skills and experience working in multinational company welcome and computer literate
